Studio Policies & Etiquette

♥Stiletto Fitness is for 18+ women only.
♥All new students must sign a waiver prior to participating in a class or party.
♥Be sure to register for the class/s you want to attend. When you register it will hold a spot in the class and use a class credit from your account. We can not guarantee a spot to walk-ins.
♥Please do not apply lotions or oils before attending pole classes. Please do not wear jewelry (especially rings) for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself.
♥Please do not wear jewelry in aerial silks classes.
♥Pole classes attire recommended: Shorts and T-shirt, top tank or sports bra (many classes you will need to be able to stick to the pole with skin). Shoes are optional for Basic pole classes and are highly recommended for Exotic Pole Dance. For safety we do not wear heels in tricks classes.
♥Aerial Silks classes attire recommended: Tight and comfortable clothes (t-shirt, leggings, bodysuits). Wear pants long enough to cover the back of your knees to protect yourself from burns and bruises.
♥Only women taking the class are allowed in the studio during class. No spectators.
♥Class cancellations should be done 4 hours prior to start of class, otherwise this will count as a “Late Cancel” and will count towards a class.
♥If you register for a class, but do not show up and do not cancel 4 hours before start of class, it will be considered a no-show. No refunds or class credits will be given. Unlimited memberships may be charged a $10 Late Cancellation/No show fee.
♥For safety reasons no one will be allowed in any class 10 minutes after the class begins. Warm ups are very important to a safe and successful class therefore we ask students to be timely and ready for classes. No refunds or class credits will be given if you are late.
♥You can only sign-up yourself under your account. To sign-up a friend they should have their own account.
♥Online sign-up continues up to 15 minutes prior to start of class. Unless, there are no sign-ups. If there are no sign-ups 3 hours prior to the start time, the class will be automatically canceled.
♥Cell phones should be put away during classes except with instructor approval. It is distracting to have students texting or having phones going off during classes. Pictures and videos are allowed during times where instructors say it’s alright to film. We encourage pictures and videos, as well as for you to share these on social media and with your friends and family! We only ask that this be taken at proper times so to make everyone comfortable and to keep the flow of class going. Before posting please get permission from all individuals in the shot. Please tag the studio and give credit.
♥Memberships, Packages and Single classes are non-refundable and valid for account holder only. Note the expiration date of any offers so you can fully utilize your credit.
♥If account holder can not continue due to pregnancy or serious medical condition student should provide a doctors note before credits expire.

Basic Pole Dance
A fun and friendly introduction to the pole!
This class is for someone who has never taken a pole dance class or has just started their pole journey. In this class we will learn the fundamentals of pole dance. From walking around the pole, to basic spins, climbs and floor work. Moves learned in this class are necessary for all of the other pole classes.
Prerequisite: None/Beginners welcome! Absolutely no experience required.
Attire: Shorts and T-shirt, top tank or sports bra (you will need to be able to stick to the pole with skin), and comfortable heels with ankle strap. Shoes are optional. You can wear socks, heels or go bare-foot.
Please do not apply lotions or oils before attending pole classes. Please do not wear jewelry (especially rings) for they will damage the poles and the jewelry itself.
Aerial Silks
Get wrapped up in a new lifestyle! You will use the fabric to wrap, suspend, fall, swing, and spiral your body into and out of various positions. Besides having fun and feeling like a performer, you will develop upper body, core and grip strength, flexibility and body awareness while safely learning and mastering aerial tricks seen in various circus shows all around the world. Level 1/Beginners Aerial Silks is a class for aerial student either just starting or still new to aerial silks.  Level 2 Aerial Silks class allows students to continue their studies and learn even more advanced silks arts.
Prerequisite: None/Beginners welcome!
Attire: Tight and comfortable clothes (T-shirt, leggings, bodysuits). Wear pants long enough to cover the back of your knees to protect yourself from burns and bruises. Also, leave all of your jewelry at home because it will snag on the fabric.
Exotic Pole Dance
Learn how to move your body like never before!
This class will teach you fluidity of movement, leg traces and threads, pole transitions and floor work. In class you will learn a choreographed dance routine around the pole. You will get a great cardio workout, gain strength and agility, develop a fluid pole flow. Most dancers notice a difference in their bodies and in dance style within the first month of taking exotic pole classes.
Attire: Leggings or shorts and comfortable heels with ankle support. Knee pads are required for this class.
Prerequisite: Basic Pole Dance/Level 2 Pole Fitness. For Exotic Pole group lessons you will need to have a certain level of skill of pole dance.
Level 2 Pole Fitness
We will start to gain confidence in inverts and learn to be on the pole safely while upside down! We will learn basic tricks and simple combinations up on the pole that will strengthen your body and continue to build your foundation for Level 3 Pole.
Prerequisite: Basic Pole Dance

OUR CLASSES
Stretch 
Most people are not naturally flexible and we all have to start somewhere! The class is designed to increase flexibility and improve body alignment through a variety of deep stretches and challenging positions (splits, back bends, hip and shoulder mobility). It will help you to be able to perform those flexibility-demanding pole/silks tricks with ease. This is a slow, deep stretch class to wind down the evening.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing (T-shirt and leggings/pants)
Prerequisite: None/Beginners welcome!
Twerk Out
Wake up your hips, release your wiggle, and feel the freedom to twerk!
In this class we will explore hip-hop style isolations, work on our strength and coordination, and introduce some combinations. Come to have fun, get a sexy workout, and feel empowered.
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing, tennis shoes or sneakers are optional.
Prerequisite: None / Beginners welcome!
Tricky Tricks - Level 3 Pole
In this class we will start to work on the pole at height with confidence! We will focus on more complicated tricks and transitions, aerial inverts, shoulder mounts, split grip variations and an extensive expansion of your pole trick repertoire.
Prerequisite: Level 2 Pole Fitness. Must be very comfortable in all Level 2 Pole tricks and transitions, cross ankle lay back, outside and inside leg hangs, planks and knee hangs. Verbal permission from instructor is required before sign up.
Attire: Shorts and T-shirt, top tank or sports bra. For safety we do not wear heels in tricks classes.

Pole Prep - Strength & Flexibility
This class is specifically designed to prepare your body for pole dance. It will help you to be able to perform those strength- and flexibility-demanding pole tricks that you so badly want to be able to perform with ease. We will do exercises that will help us to build strength for pole fitness, focusing on our big and small muscles that especially need to be strong to pole dance. The second half of this class is gentle and restorative, and focuses on deep stretching. With consistency, this class will prepare the beginner pole student for pole inversions, climbs and tricks as well as help the intermediate student clean up and advance their pole moves.
Prerequisites: None / Beginners welcome!
Attire: Comfortable workout clothing.
Note: This is $15 non-pole class or you can use your package or membership class credit.
Chair Dance
In this class you will learn a sassy dance routine using only a chair as a prop. Chair dance not only provides a great work out emphasizing on cardio and core work but will send you home feeling flirty and fun! You will never look at a chair the same way again.
Attire: Comfortable clothing that allows the body to move. Shoes are optional.
Prerequisite: None/Beginners welcome!

Strip Dance
Dare to be divinely feminine and connect with your inner vixen! Strip Dance brings you the art of sensuality and self love. This sexy workout focuses on floor work, flexibility and seductive movement that unlocks your sensual self! It is a combination between striptease, jazz, funk and burlesque. Class concludes with a free dance and choreographed movements for dancers of all levels. You will build self-confidence, muscle strength, gain body flexibility and develop core stability while having a fabulous workout.
Attire: Comfortable clothes (tank tops/T-shirt, shorts or leggings), socks/bare feet or comfortable heels with ankle support. Heels are optional. Knee pads or leg warmers are highly recommended.
Prerequisite: None/Beginners welcome!
Note: This is $15 non-pole class or you can use any valid membership or package credits.
